About Beach Wood Manor

Beachwood Manor is located directly on Cook Inlet between the mouth of the Kenai and Kasilof Rivers. Wild life viewing adventures can be had out the front windows or in close proximity to our location. Eagles routinely roost in the Eagle Tree.

With a private road and walkway to the beach it is easy to go for a pleasant stroll, take in the sights and perhaps find an agate or other beach souvenir from your trip. Quests have access to 3 fire pits. Two on the beach at our “Thor’s Beach House” ginormous driftwood fort and one on the upper lawn. Make a fire, put your feet up with a cold beverage and you’ll feel like you’re in a beer commercial. Queue the eagle!

The nearest airport is the Kenai Municipal Airport which is about 20 minutes from the Kenai Manor. If you’re flying from out of state, you’ll need to catch a puddle jumper from Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport to the Kenai Municipal Airport.

  • Carl's place was clean and beautifully decorated. It really felt like a beach house in Hawaii even though it was middle of winter in Kenai. Couldn't match the view either. Everything was comfortable and clean. We had a great time!

  • Absolutely loved staying here! The view from the manor is gorgeous, I could have spent my entire trip staring out the window. Easy beach access allowed for beautiful walks along the water. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Kenai!

  • Spectacular oasis awaits!! Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed Carl's place. We spent 10 nights. There is a lovely Master suite with lots of space including large jetted tub and walk in closet. Kitchen is very well equipped with full cupboards of essentials (salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil, tea). Lots of space to prepare meals. Kids slept downstairs in their own apartments and hung out in various areas of house (large living room, expansive deck with tables and chairs, roof top deck with amazing views). Costco and Walmart are a short drive. I enjoyed jogging every morning around the gated community. Very safe and super quiet roads with good inclines. My husband swam every morning in the 15m community pool just a 10 minute walk away. We were sad to leave. Definitely would stay here again!

  • This home was absolutely perfect for my group and made my birthday wonderful. The live music across the canyon was a pleasant addition to each evening. The open patios and private pool were especially wonderful. Everything we needed was there and the community was great for my morning walks. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone. It was such a great deal and was perfect for everything we wanted.
